Your Role & Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and adjust comprehensive care plans for residents
Independently supervise and deliver high-quality nursing care
Support and advocate for some of our community's most vulnerable residents
Required Qualifications
Active RN license in your practicing state
Strong clinical assessment and care-planning skills
Passion for positively impacting others' lives
Understanding of-and compliance with-state and federal regulations
