Position Overview
Lead Physical Therapist / PT – Full Time – Greenville, NC – Pediatric Physical Therapy Clinic. Sign‑on bonus of $20,000, salary range $85,400–$117,500, and a flexible schedule with no weekends. Benefits include student loan reimbursement and career advancement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Direct, supervise, evaluate and provide physical therapy services to pediatric patients as prescribed by attending physician.
Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides.
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress for pediatric patients.
Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited physical therapy school.
Licensed by the state in which the PT resides or practices.
Preferably two years of clinical experience (if applicable).
Capable of lifting the equivalent weight of an adult‑size patient.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
