Patient Population Surgical (Ortho, Neuro, Colorectal, Urology, GI), Med / Surg (Urology, GI, Nephrology, Cardiac / Tele, Pulmonary, Geriatrics)
Patient Ratios 1 : 5
Number of Beds 40
Department Specifics: Pathway designated, Level III Trauma Center, Primary heart attack center, High performing in quality indicators, Favorable RN and PCT ratios, Charge RN free of patient assignment, Strong employee and physician relationships, 24 / 7 hospitalist services for patient care needs, Employee self‑scheduling, Supportive and collaborative work environment through unit‑based council and shared governance, Competitive pay rates with tuition reimbursement and bonus program based on quality initiatives.

Registered Nurse Requirements
Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program
License / Certification: RN – Registered Nurse
BLS – Basic Life Support (required within 30 days of hire)
