top‑tier law school
with an
excellent academic record
Active Bar Admission
in
California , in good standing
3+ years
of substantive experience in
real estate transactions
Experience representing developers, owners, investors, and lenders in financing, development, and investment matters
preferred
Demonstrated experience with
loans ,
joint ventures ,
entity documents , and
leases
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently on client matters and collaboratively within a team environment
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Prior
practical business experience
in the
commercial real estate industry
is a
plus
Key Responsibilities
Advise
clients on a wide range of
real estate transactions , including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, joint ventures, and leasing
Draft ,
review , and
negotiate
transactional documents, including purchase agreements, financing documents, joint venture agreements, and leases
Provide
strategic counsel
to clients on
structuring
complex
real estate investments and developments
Collaborate with partners and other team members to manage client matters efficiently
Participate in
all stages of transaction execution , from initial diligence to closing
