Responsibilities Work with an interdisciplinary team to provide social, behavioral, and emotional supports. Participate in the programming of group homes to monitor therapeutic approaches and ensure high quality of care. Conduct on‑site direct observations regularly and provide performance‑based feedback to support the team process. Develop positive behavior support plans based on assessment results. Conduct staff training and provide behavioral consultation. Coordinate and summarize data into graphed formats. Additional opportunities to work on special projects and research are available.
Pay Range $52,700 to $60,078

Qualifications
Education: Master’s degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, Education, or related field.
Relevant PA clinical license (e.g., Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Behavior Specialist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Social Worker, Licensed Associate Professional Counselor) or a BCBA.
Strong behavioral analysis skills, counseling experience, and experience working with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities, autism, and/or mental health diagnoses.
At least 21 years of age.
Valid driver’s license.
