The Kiosk Banker maintains the daily operation of
maintenance, and protection of the casino funds.**Primary Duties and Responsibilities:*** Promotes superior guest service.* Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani.* Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.* Handles large amounts of money and maintains accountability over assigned bank.* Protects and preserves the
kiosk bank assets including accounting for, documenting, and verifying the accuracy of all incoming and outgoing currency, coin, TITO tickets,
and other monetary units.* Maintains cage equipment.* Monitors, maintains, and balances the (Ticket Redemption Unit) TRUs, Cash Recyclers, ATM’s and other machines on the gaming floor.* Runs necessary reports to balance funds.* Input data into necessary spreadsheets and casino software* Keeps cassettes and bank appropriately stocked with funds throughout the current shift and for the next shift.* Completes all necessary paperwork according to procedure.* Maintains strict confidentiality of sensitive information.* Performs other duties as assigned.**Minimum Qualifications:*** **High School Diploma / GED**; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).* Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.* **Experience in at least one of the following: cash handling, inventory control, deposit processing, vault balancing, account reconciliation, ATM Processing, cashier/teller experience.*** **Ability to analyze monetary variances and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.*** **Basic computer input skills.*** Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.* **Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.*** Ability to lift and push up to 20 pounds.* Must be able to understand and consistently deliver brand standard guest service.* **Must be able to work in a fast-paced and often crowded/noisy environment.*** Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.* Must be willing to work in a smoking environment.* Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.**Shift Schedule:**This is a Graveyard Shift from **7:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.**, **Weekends and Holidays Required**Work Shift:Grave (United States of America)RegularStarting at:$19.30# Located on the Cowlitz Reservation in Ridgefield, Washington, ilani, developed by the Cowlitz Tribe, is the Pacific Northwest’s premier gaming, dining, entertainment, and meeting destination.
