What You’ll Do
Greet and assist customers as they visit the dealership.
Provide a
consultative sales approach
to help customers find the perfect vehicle.
Engage and follow up with leads via phone, email, and social media.
Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits, both on the lot and during test drives.
Guide customers through the sales process, including financing applications.

Qualifications What We’re Looking For
High-energy,
enthusiastic individuals
with a passion for sales.
Outgoing and personable, with
strong communication skills
(in-person and over the phone).
A customer-focused mindset with the ability to
overcome objections
and build relationships.
Self-motivated, competitive, and
goal-oriented
with a strong work ethic.
Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required—we’ll provide training!
