We are seeking a compassionate and skilled
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Pueblo, Colorado. This role offers a supportive environment, consistent weekday schedule, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents’ communication and quality of life. Responsibilities
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for residents with speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. Deliver evidence-based therapy to improve communication and swallowing function. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (nursing, PT, OT, physicians) to ensure holistic patient care. Document assessments, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with facility and regulatory standards. Educate residents, families, and staff on communication strategies and swallowing safety. Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program. Strong clinical skills with a patient-centered approach. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Prior SNF experience preferred but not required. Competitive hourly pay. Collaborative and supportive work environment. Opportunity to work with diverse patient populations. Seniority level
