Celebrations Speech Group is hiring a
Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist
for a school-based assignment in the San Francisco Bay Area of California, starting
January 5 . This is a
remote position
supporting students across grade levels within a collaborative Special Education team.
This role is ideal for an SLP with strong experience in
virtual service delivery, case management, SLPA supervision, and SEIS documentation .
Responsibilities
Provide evidence-based therapy plans, goals, and therapeutic treatment for speech/language disorders.
Conduct virtual assessments, evaluations, and standardized testing for accurate diagnosis of communication disorders.
Manage a caseload, including case management and service documentation.
Attend, facilitate, and write legally compliant and defensible IEPs.
Provide supervision for an SLPA as required.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Attend training as requested, collaborate, and provide support to other SPED teachers/specialists as well as GE staff.
Qualifications
REQUIRED: Current SLP License valid in the state of California.
Master's Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders.
Must be able to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.
Previous experience supervising SLP Assistant (SLPAs).
Experience administering virtual assessments.
Strong experience with case management, IEP writing, and SEIS.
Exercise good judgment in prioritization - complete assigned tasks without supervision.
Excellent written skills and efficient verbal communication at all organizational levels.
Compensation & Benefits Compensation rate of $47 - $55 per hour, commensurate with experience. Full-time staff receives:
