Be Well Counseling is expanding and seeking quality mental health therapists (W2) to join our private practice. We focus on exemplary therapists who are adaptable to their clients’ needs and offer a supportive, collaborative environment while giving employees autonomy to grow, be creative and figure out what’s best for their work and clients.
Strong need for therapists who see children (under 12) and couples/families. Rate: $40-$60 Fully Licensed We believe in attracting the
BEST
candidates: Sign-on Bonus: $1000 (after 250 client hours) By practicing what we preach about work/life balance (the whole office closes 2x/year for a paid week long mental health break, typically the last week of year plus another random week) And keeping our current mental health therapists
HAPPY : PTO accruement from day 1 (that's additional time off aside from the 2 weeks the office is closed) 401K plus Insurance Stipend for FT mental health therapists No show protection Admin staff that handles the business side: insurance, credentialing, billing, scheduling… so you can focus on what’s important: providing quality care to your clients Supplementary Material or Skills in office for yourself or your clients Supportive environment *and* autonomy… to fit what’s needed Mental Health Therapist Responsibilities: Provide therapy to individuals, couples and families Able to complete intake assessments, diagnosis and ongoing treatment planning Establish & maintain a positive therapeutic relationship with clients Complete all documentation electronically and in a timely manner Required Qualifications: Master's Degree or greater Fully Licensed in NJ (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) Ideal Qualifications for our newest Mental Health Therapist: Able to see minimum 8 clients/week in a hybrid setting Excellent written & verbal communications skills Dependability and a passion for helping others Computer, webcam, reliable internet and a quiet, private space for virtual sessions Experience in EHR/digital notes Seniority level
