Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health
is a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to maximizing human potential and independence. We are seeking a Program Supervisor with experience supervising staff and ensuring quality programming and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
Direct the daily operation of assigned residential facility to assure quality services that meet therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs of individuals in accordance with Devereux Philosophy of Care.
Collaborate with Center Leadership, external stakeholders, and contracted service providers to oversee implementation of program plans and active treatment programs.
Consult with Human Resources on employee relations, recruitment, and retention.
Maintain regulatory compliance, adherence to policy and procedures, and training/mentoring of staff.
Ensure effective use of crisis prevention/intervention, trauma‑informed care, and emergency procedures.
Qualifications
At least 21 years of age.
Valid driver’s license.
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited program in human services.
At least 3 years of experience working directly with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, and/or TBI.
Empathetic, team‑player, excellent written and verbal communication, energetic, creative, and a positive role model.
Able to complete eight days of new‑hire orientation and possess a valid license.
Physical ability to walk, sit, stand, lift up to 75–100 lbs, perform repetitive wrist/hand movements, and use computers.
Must meet 100% mastery of Safe and Positive Approaches.
