What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Manage all aspects of provider licensing, credentialing, and payer enrollment for clinicians

Coordinate end‑to‑end licensing workflows and maintain accurate records across multiple systems

Act as a liaison between clinicians, state boards, payers, and internal stakeholders

Spot gaps in processes and create structure to ensure smooth operations

Ensure compliance and up‑to‑date practices for the clinical team

What is Required (Qualifications):

Highly organized and detail‑oriented with a strong focus on managing multiple tasks

Proven experience in licensing, credentialing, or related administrative roles within healthcare

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work independently and persistently follow up on communications

Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience working with state boards and payers in the healthcare industry

Previous roles that required managing complex workflows and processes

Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices in credentialing
