Job Description
Completes nutrition-focused physical assessments, takes measurements, reviews medical records, collects data via interviews, and evaluates anthropometric status.
Evaluates assessment data to identify nutrition risks, nutrition problems, criteria consistent with malnutrition, knowledge deficits, and high‑risk health behaviors.
Offers nutrition interventions, orders, education, counseling, and referrals to other services.
May place feeding tubes or perform indirect calorimetry studies.
Provides counseling and education using evidence-based techniques that reflect appropriate health literacy and cultural sensitivity to patients with disease processes requiring nutritional management.
Qualification Requirements The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed: Bachelor's (Required), Master's (Required) Certified Dietitian (CD) - Accredited Issuing Body, Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist (LDN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Licensed Dietitian (LD) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
Pay Range $26.08 - $48.50
