Job Details
Salary: Up to $38/hr.
Job Type: Full-time, Nights (6pm–6am).
Sign-on Bonus: $5,000.

Job Description
Provide bedside care to patients including personal hygiene maintenance.
Record the patients’ vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, and respiratory rate).
Collect patient’s health information.
Relay information between patients, registered nurses, and physicians.
Give oral medications and injections to patients.
Test a patient’s blood sugar levels.
Urinary catheter insertion and care.
Assist patients with personal hygiene.
Monitor for changes in patients.
Proper charting, documentation, and maintenance of patient’s medical records.
Ask questions when in doubt for clarification by the Registered Nurse.
Act as a role model for ancillary personnel.
Maintain the confidentiality of the patient’s clinical records.
Demonstrate exceptional staff training and customer service skills.
Show compassion and a friendly demeanor.
Requirements
Current LPN/RN license in the state.
Up to date first aid and CPR certification.
At least one year of LPN or RN experience in a Long Term Care Setting preferred.
Knowledge of MatrixCare preferred.
