Associate, Middle Office II - Liquidity & Financing Client Platform Operations
to join our
Middle Office team . This role is located in
Lake Mary, FL .
Impact in this Role
Multiple shift times with a 6 am & 10 am EST start time
Process, monitor, research, and analyze transactions while resolving complex inquiries.
Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders and external clients to gather and disseminate data‑related information about transactions.
Conduct research on complex transactions and data‑related inquiries, including custodian bank reconciliations analysis, break assignment and resolution, daily portfolio valuation, account‑level pricing, NAV calculations, monthly accounting close, cash projection reports, cash management support, and monthly end‑client statement workflow and validation.
Facilitate maintenance of trade static data, trade enrichment, trade exception handling, and market claims; escape the most complex transactions to senior team members and provide guidance to less experienced Middle Office staff.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
3‑5 years of total relevant work experience preferred.
Experience across Fixed Income Clearing Corporation (FICC) products, with knowledge of fixed income and repo/securities lending markets.
Practical exposure to trade lifecycle and controls for FICC and secured loans: pre‑trade checks, booking, confirmations, settlements, reconciliations, fails management.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage complex transaction inquiries.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to interact regularly with clients and internal stakeholders.
