Job Description
Competency in the care of the unit’s specific patient population; independently practice with solid knowledge and clinical skills; engage in advancing own practice.
Serve as a clinical resource for others.
Apply and integrate evidence into practice.
Function effectively in roles specific to the unit, such as arrest team for ICU, triage for ED, etc.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan and coordinate care; independently advocate for patient/family needs.
Model practice consistent with unit operations to ensure safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient‑centered care.
Qualifications
Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland, or eligibility to practice due to Compact state agreements outlined through the MD Board of Nursing.
More than 12 months of nursing experience; solid knowledge and clinical skills.
Current AHA BLS certification required.
Must meet all unit‑specific certification requirements: PALS, ACLS, NRP.

Pay Range: $37 – $51.81
