Registered Nurse
Location: Willmar, MN
Pay Rate: $70 / hour
Shift: Minimum of .8 or 64 hours / two weeks. Full time, 10 hour shifts, day/evening rotation, every weekend.
Position Description Work cooperatively and participate as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team utilizing person‑centered thinking, positive behavior supports, motivational interviewing, and trauma‑informed care to prevent and respond to patient situations. Comply with all safety and health standards, laws, regulations, policies, procedures and protocols to ensure that all applicable environmental standards are met so that a safe, clean, humane environment is provided for all patients and staff. Provide person‑centered, trauma‑informed, culturally sensitive, professional nursing care so that the physical and emotional needs of each patient are met. Implement the treatment plan and document results of interventions to assist patients in accomplishing their individual goals. Facilitate the care and documentation of the patient, from admission through discharge. Oversee and follow the medication administration policies and processes to ensure medications are delivered sagely and in accordance with all regulatory guidelines. Extensions may be available.
Position Requirements
Minimum of 2 years mental health and/or substance use disorder experience.
Active Minnesota Nursing License.
