Controller

The Controller will lead all accounting and financial operations with autonomy in a fast‑growing, investor‑backed organization. Reporting to the CFO, this role oversees month‑end close, financial reporting, AR/AP, inventory management, budgeting/forecasting, cash flow and tax compliance. The Controller develops and enforces financial policies, strengthens internal controls, analyzes financial data for strategic insights and partners with cross‑functional teams to support planning and operational decisions. Success requires strong technical accounting expertise, experience with cloud‑based systems like Sage Intacct, advanced Excel / financial analysis skills and the ability to deliver accurate, timely results in a dynamic environment.
