We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant)
to join our growing Endocrinology practice. This role offers the opportunity to care for patients with a wide range of endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid disease, adrenal and pituitary disorders, osteoporosis, and more. A strong emphasis is placed on patient education, particularly in diabetes self‑management and lifestyle interventions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment plans for patients with endocrine conditions.
Manage patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes, including insulin management and diabetes education.
Conduct follow‑up visits and monitor lab and imaging results to adjust care plans as needed.
Collaborate with endocrinologists, dietitians, and other specialists to ensure high‑quality, coordinated care.
Educate patients and families on disease processes, medication use, and lifestyle changes.
Participate in ongoing quality improvement and clinical development initiatives.
Qualifications
Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA‑C) in [State Name], or eligibility for licensure.
Prior experience in endocrinology, internal medicine, or primary care is strongly preferred.
Certification in diabetes education (CDE/CDCES) is a plus but not required.
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
Passion for patient‑centered care and education.
