Summary Join us for an incredible opportunity to be a part of our Front Office leadership team as an Assistant Front Office Manager at the Hyatt at Olive 8!

The Assistant Front Office Manager is a leader of the front desk operation which includes: staff training, inter-department communications, and staff scheduling. The Assistant Front Office Manager should possess strong communication skills and leadership abilities. In addition to assisting and supporting the colleagues of the Front Office team, this position will respond quickly to guest requests and/or concerns in a friendly manner and ensure that appropriate action is taken to guarantee guest satisfaction. This leader reports to the Front Office Manager.

The salary range for this position is $78,000.00 to $86,600. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, including experience, qualifications, and education.

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others

Refined verbal and written communication skills.

Minimum of one year previous front office supervisory experience preferred.

Open availability - ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays

Great and thorough attention to detail

Ability to stand long periods of time

Previous customer service experience preferred

Previous hotel background preferred
