In this role, you will drive new revenue growth and manage a full sales cycle in the Italian market. Your expertise will help identify opportunities for cross‑selling and upselling logistics solutions. You will be instrumental in leading complex negotiations and maintaining customer relationships to mitigate churn. Accountabilities

Driving new revenue growth across your portfolio as a strategic partner for prospective customers in the Italian market.

Acquiring new clients from a predefined list of companies within the Italian market.

Maximizing existing account value by identifying opportunities for cross‑selling and upselling.

Managing the full sales cycle from lead to close, ensuring high deal velocity and accuracy in CRM forecasting.

Leading complex negotiations to achieve annual recurring revenue and net revenue retention targets.

Proactively managing renewals to mitigate churn and protect contract value across your assigned customer portfolio.

Requirements

A proven sales track record with at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales for complex solutions in logistics or SaaS.

Experience in Hybrid Sales managing both new business acquisition and key account development.

Proficient English and Italian language skills, mandatory; any other language is a plus.

International organizational experience, preferably in a large‑scale or private‑equity-owned global company.

A resilient and focused mindset, capable of managing complex deals and committed to personal development.
