We are looking for a motivatedSeniorProject Manager Transportation Engineerto lead an engineering design team on roadway design projects. Come collaborate with some of the top transportation design professionals in the industry.
Manage and lead transportation infrastructure design projects focusing on roadway projects Assist with marketing and pursuing work for the Indiana Department of Transportation and Local Public Agencies Lead the design and monitor task performance indicators such as budget, schedule, and risk Maintain quality control of the work product Mentor junior level staff and collaborate with Operation Leaders, Project Managers, and Professional Engineers across the firm Support proposal development and client relationship management
Skills & Qualifications Bachelor of Science degree from an ABET accredited civil or transportation engineering program PE registration in the State of Indiana, or ability to be registered with reciprocity 12+ years of related roadway design and project management experience Knowledge of INDOT design standards is a plus Prior proposal development and client relationship management experience i Proficient in MS Office Experience with Bentley and AutoCAD products Great communication and team leadership skills Self-motivated and adaptable, including the capability to learn virtual collaboration tools·
Note: This position will work out of the Valparaiso, IN area
