As a BCBA with Discovery ABA, you'll play a key role in supporting children and families across the West Jordan and Salt Lake City areas. You will: Conduct

Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)

and design individualized treatment plans Deliver high-quality ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings Supervise and mentor

RBTs, ABATs, BCATs, and Behavior Technicians Collaborate closely with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams Collect and analyze data to track progress and optimize treatment Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development Qualifications

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

certification (required) Utah LBA

certification (required) Prior experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred Previous experience as an

ABAT, RBT, or Behavior Technician

required Experience as an

Assistant Analyst

is a plus Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Being fluent in Spanish is a great bonus! Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Salary:
