Seeking Growth Marketing Manager for B2B SaaS Company in Retail & Food Sector TorchLight Hire is seeking a

Growth Marketing Manager

to support account-based growth, campaign execution, and event/field marketing initiatives for an established, global B2B SaaS company serving the retail and food & beverage industries. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on marketer who thrives in fast‑paced/high‑growth environments, partners closely with Sales, and enjoys owning programs end to end.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in

Account‑Based Marketing (ABM)

and exposure to retail, grocery, food & beverage, or adjacent industries.

Location This is a

fully remote role ; however,

qualified candidates must be based in Virginia / DMV or Florida . Candidates outside of these geographies will not be considered.

Employment Direct hire opportunity; full‑time, 40 hours per week. Fully remote work environment (within approved locations).

Role Responsibilities

Own and execute Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) programs targeting high‑value B2B accounts

Partner closely with Sales to support pipeline growth, expansion, and opportunity progression

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including:

Landing pages

Email marketing campaigns

Content and case studies

Lead field marketing and event initiatives, including trade shows, webinars, and regional activations

Support account expansion, upsell, and cross‑sell efforts through targeted campaigns

Track and analyze campaign performance, engagement, and pipeline impact

Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, partnerships, and global marketing stakeholders

Manage timelines, priorities, and execution in a fast‑paced, resource‑lean environment

Skills and Experience

5–10+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within SaaS or technology‑driven organizations

Demonstrated experience owning and executing Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives

Strong hands‑on background in marketing campaign execution (email, landing pages, content)

Experience with field marketing and events (trade shows, webinars, live or virtual activations)

Experience supporting Sales teams and enterprise or mid‑market accounts

Comfort working autonomously in small or mid‑sized teams

Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
