Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service. The Groundskeeper is a key member of the course maintenance team and is responsible for the landscaping and maintenance around the golf course.
Qualifications
Must possess the ability to design, coordinate, and maintain landscaping on the golf course
Must possess the ability to operate all tools and equipment related to golf course operations
Ability to give oral and written instructions
Skilled in seeding, fertilizing, mulching, and general ground preparation for restoration and renovation
Must be dependable
Responsibilities
Maintains clean and organized work areas on the golf course and maintenance facility
Waters tees, greens and fairways
Grades and prepares soil base, lays sod and seeds greens, tees and fairways
Trims and prunes hedges and shrubbery; cleans flower beds
Applies pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers to the golf course
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
