Position Overview
Senior Executive Assistant – Aspirus Health, Wausau, WI. The Senior Executive Assistant provides advanced administrative support to the President, Senior Vice President, and/or Vice President. Hours
Full‑time, 1.0 FTE – 80 hours per pay period. Monday – Friday, day shift. Responsibilities & Qualifications
Knowledge of administrative assistant practices and procedures; normally acquired through an Associate Degree in Administrative Assistance. Bachelor’s Degree in a health‑related field or business administration is beneficial. Three to five years of administrative assistant experience, with a minimum of one year supporting an executive preferred. Experience in healthcare is beneficial. Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) designation is beneficial. Excellent administrative skills, including computer knowledge, typing an average of 60 words per minute with 95% accuracy, proficiency in taking meeting minutes, and exceptional composition and grammar skills. Effective decision‑making skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Problem‑solving skills.
