EHS Specialist

Position:
EHS Specialist Location: Molecular Diagnostics Business Unit, Des Plaines, Illinois Responsibilities
Implement and maintain the effectiveness of the quality system. Assist in developing solutions to problems of limited scope and conduct EH&S training for employees. Act as a technical resource for project teams, supervisors, and other internal customers. Assist in the development of policies, procedures, and programs; participate in or conduct audits and inspections. Contribute to long‑range planning, administration, and technician performance reviews. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Health, or Environmental or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Five years of EHS work experience and a minimum of OSHA 30‑hour training. Knowledge of regulations and standards affecting Division products. Preferred
Master’s degree. Compensation
The base pay for this position is $54,000.00 – $108,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted. Equal Opportunity
