## Job Description# MOSA PowerBi / Sql Sr CE* Enterprise level support and administration focused specifically on:
+ SQL performance and tuning optimization, Clustering, Always On Availability groups, High Availability, Core SQL +Migration, on-premises and cloud.* SQL Server on IaaS experience on Azure/ Other public cloud required.* All versions of SQL Server (2012 and onwards)* Solving performance problems, query tuning, and optimization* Architectural experience for Data Platform* Architecting for High Availability and Disaster recovery solutions using FCI, Always on Availability groups* Azure data factory, Azure SQLDB, Azure SQLDB Managed Instance, Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric knowledge is a plus.* Delivering and/or authoring technical training* SQL Server Integration Services, Reporting Services, Analysis Services* Power BI experience and knowledge are a plus.* Advanced Microsoft certifications preferred.* Previous Consulting and/or customer facing role.
+ Data modeling and database design.* Indexing strategy* Performance Optimization and Tuning Capabilities* Partitioning data implementations* Database schema creation and management.* Backup, High Availability and Disaster Recovery.* Ensuring data integrity.* Ensuring High availability and Disaster recovery.* SQL code reviews with ability to dissect query plan, T-SQL code* Data security.* Data Encryption* Auditing* Replication of data* SQL Edition and version differences with discontinued and deprecated features* Upgrade process.* Storage management techniques.* Data Engine Capacity planning.* General database management, Policy based management.* Extended events and Traces* Basic Licensing and support scenarios* Windows Failover Clustering* SQL Server Reporting service* SQL server Integration Service* SQL Server Analysis Service* Power Shell development skills needed.* Power BI Solution design and Power BI Embedded development.* Tabular Data modeling and database design.* Optimize Tabular Data Models* Troubleshoot slow running Power BI and paginated reports.* DAX, Power Query M Language, development and optimization* Paginated Report Development (SQL Server Reporting Services)* Power BI Service, Power BI Desktop skills* Create/modify Data Flows, Data Pipelines, Analytic Notebooks.* Migration from Reporting services, Tableau and other reporting tools to Power BI. #J-18808-Ljbffr
