JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior Analyst, Supply Chain plays a pivotal role in providing analytical insights, reporting, and cross‑functional support to the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and inventory processes. This role focuses on conducting inventory and supply analysis, preparing IBP and SIOP reporting packages, identifying risks and opportunities, and supporting decision‑making across Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial teams. The ideal candidate brings strong quantitative skills, supply chain knowledge, and a collaborative mindset to drive alignment and improve planning accuracy.
Integrated Business Planning (IBP) / SIOP Support & Analytics
Prepare monthly IBP reporting packages and supply review materials, including inventory outlooks, supply plans, capacity updates, and key performance indicators.
Consolidate input from Demand, Supply, Operations, and Sourcing to support cross‑functional alignment in the IBP cycle.
Support scenario modeling, variance analysis, and executive package preparation.
Maintain and enhance recurring IBP reporting tools, templates, and dashboards.
Inventory Analytics
Conduct analysis of inventory trends, drivers, and KPIs (turns, DOH, service level, aging, excess/obsolete).
Provide insights on inventory risks and opportunities and support cross‑functional alignment on mitigation actions.
Monitor forecast changes, supply plans, and vendor lead times to identify potential constraints or overstock risk.
Perform ad‑hoc deep‑dive analyses to support planning and financial decisions.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Operations, and Sourcing to gather and validate planning inputs.
Support communication of insights and findings to leadership and stakeholders.
Assist in preparing executive‑level presentations and decision‑support materials.
Data, Tools & Reporting
Maintain inventory reports, dashboards, and scorecards to enable transparent planning and performance tracking.
Utilize ERP, PowerBI tools, and advanced Excel to extract and analyze planning data.
Support new reporting needs and system enhancements by documenting requirements and partnering with IT/systems teams.
This position is a hybrid position with 3 days/week in our Exton, PA office.
What leads to success in this role:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field.
3+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, inventory analysis or IBP/SIOP support roles.
Strong Excel and analytical modeling capabilities.
Experience with PowerBI and reporting tools.
Strong analytical and critical‑thinking capability.
Clear and professional communication skills, including experience presenting to cross‑functional stakeholders.
Ability to structure and synthesize complex data sets into actionable insights.
Detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive team player.
Able to be on‑site for hybrid schedule 3 days/week in Exton, PA office.
