The Sr. Project Manager works with technical Project Managers, along with our Account Management team, to monitor cost, schedule, and technical performance of component projects and operations, while working on behalf of our clients or key stakeholders to ensure the ultimate success of the project.

The Sr. Project Manager is generally responsible for the overall schedule, resolving client or vendor issues, and ensuring the key constituent projects benefit the program as a whole. Usually responsible for stakeholder management, particularly stakeholders external to the organization.

In this role, you can look forward to: As Sr. Project Manager, you’ll provide project leadership for Client, Business, and Product projects, overseeing pragmatic delivery and integrated implementation plans with project resources. You will be responsible for adhering to PMO best practices, standards, and framework for projects.

You’ll play an integral role in the successful delivery of client or technical efforts that align with the company’s objectives. You will partner with internal technology groups and client‑facing leadership to ensure solutions result in benefits realized by the company.

The successful candidate will be able to:

Assist with the maintenance and control of project schedules, ensuring the successful delivery of the program on time and within budget.

Support client or business updates; ensure client deliverables are met; and ensure User Acceptance testing is completed.

Lead and communicate program/project scope, goals, and responsibilities with various project teams.

Establish clear project sponsor and stakeholder expectations and engagement model, which is then managed throughout the project life cycle.

Develop and maintain reporting procedures and monitor performance in project control activities; prepare and distribute reports related to project activities, health, risk, issues, and budget.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field of study is required, and other hands‑on experience will be considered.

Minimum seven (3‑5) years of project management experience, including developing project schedules, managing team resources, creating work breakdown structures, and estimating size and effort for new deployment projects.

Solid understanding of PMO, SDLC, and governance best practices.

Ability to effectively apply project management methodologies and enforce project standards.

Self‑starter who can dive into complex projects and take them forward with minimal supervision.

Proficient with project management s/w tools as well as other productivity tools, including MS Office, Project, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.

Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, presentation, verbal, and written).

Ability to direct and drive complex project efforts to completion.

Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.

Ability to provide competent and proactive leadership.

Ability to establish cross‑functional, collaborative relationships with business and technology partners.

Sound business acumen and good judgment.

Ability to negotiate and influence at all levels of the organization.

Flexibility, interest, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment on mission‑critical projects.

Possess excellent technical aptitude and a desire to learn constantly. Performs duties under limited supervision, applying a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures.
