Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist Work Schedule:

Hybrid – minimum

3 days onsite per week

(based on business need) Hours:

Monday–Friday,

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

(flexible; e.g., 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

Position Overview *** is seeking a

Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist

to lead strategic procurement initiatives that drive measurable value through cost optimization, supplier performance, and supply chain continuity. This role is critical to ***'s operational excellence and long-term sourcing strategy.

As a key member of the sourcing team, this position partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders, manages supplier relationships, and drives continuous improvement in procurement practices. The ideal candidate brings strong strategic thinking, leadership capability, and the ability to influence outcomes across complex organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives and operational priorities.

Partner with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure sourcing alignment across functions.

Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage suppliers, including contract negotiation and ongoing relationship management.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.

Monitor market conditions and industry trends to identify sourcing opportunities and proactively mitigate supply risks.

Support supplier performance management and cost-saving initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Minimum

2 years of experience

in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or Finance.

Proven ability to deliver

cost savings

and improve supplier performance.

Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.

Demonstrated proficiency in

negotiation and contract management .

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Experience in

manufacturing or industrial environments .

Strong knowledge of procurement best practices and supplier development.

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to influence, collaborate, and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
