MathWorks is seeking a strategic and technically strong Product Strategy Lead to drive the evolution of our Model-Based Design products within a connected ecosystem of third-party tools. This blended product management and product marketing role focuses on enabling workflows across cloud platforms, version control systems, and requirements management tools.
You will define product strategy, guide integration efforts, and collaborate across teams to ensure MathWorks tools are central to cloud-native engineering workflows in industries such as aerospace, automotive, industrial automation, and medical devices.

Responsibilities
Define and execute strategy for enabling Model-Based Design workflows in cloud and SaaS environments
Drive integration with third-party tools including GitHub, GitLab, Jama, Polarion, and others
Collaborate with development teams to influence product roadmaps and prioritize cloud-native capabilities
Develop messaging and positioning that highlights the value of connected engineering workflows
Engage with strategic customers to understand cloud adoption trends and integration needs
Support sales and marketing teams with technical content, demos, and enablement materials
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or a PhD degree, or equivalent experience) is required.
Additional Qualifications
Knowledge of Simulink and Model-Based Design
Experience with cloud platforms, SaaS delivery models, and DevOps workflows
Familiarity with requirements management tools or version control systems
Ability to define product strategy and drive cross-functional execution
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Analytical personality with strong overall marketing, research, and planning skills
