You will design and execute A/B tests, analyse results, and translate insights into measurable improvements in conversion and revenue. This role plays a central part in enhancing the performance and efficiency of our ecommerce platform.## **Main duties*****Key Responsibilities:**** Define and maintain the **CRO roadmap**, prioritising optimisation initiatives based on data and business impact.* Analyse ecommerce funnels to detect drop-offs and identify opportunities to improve conversion across navigation, product discovery, cart usage, and checkout flows.* Design, run, and analyse **A/B tests** and controlled experiments to validate optimisation hypotheses.* Collaborate with the Web & Insights Analyst and UX & Analytics Specialist to combine quantitative data with UX insights.* Recommend and support improvements to product pages, category structures, forms, CTAs, and onsite content to increase conversion.* Work closely with IT and external development partners to implement test variations and deploy winning experiences.* Provide clear reporting on CRO initiatives, test results, and performance impacts.* Support larger ecommerce projects and feature improvements with a conversion-focused perspective.***Main Competencies**** Strong knowledge of CRO methodologies, funnel analysis, and A/B testing* Proficiency with testing and behavioural analytics tools (no tools listed intentionally)* Ability to interpret experiment results and derive actionable insights* Analytical* Structured* Detail-oriented* Curious* Autonomous* Strong communicator* Collaborative## **Profile :*** Master Degree (or equivalent relevant experience)* Fluent in French or Dutch, with professional proficiency in English* A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role is required.**What we offer** • A permanent contract with a competitive salary package, including 5 additional leave days, group insurance, hospitalization insurance, meal vouchers, and access to a wellness app. • A modern, pleasant, dynamic, and supportive working environment where your development is a priority. • Comprehensive and practical training on our tools, methods, and processes to help you quickly build your skills. • Real challenges within a fast-growing Belgian company with international reach, offering numerous opportunities for career development and progression. • Flexible hybrid working arrangements, ensuring a healthy balance between on-site presence and remote work.
