The solution leads customer conversations, provides personalized advice, handles objections, and guides users toward purchase decisions-bridging the gap between in-store and online sales.
Project Description The project is a cutting-edge GenAI sales assistant. You will be instrumental in researching, modeling, and building AI-driven features that power intelligent, personalized user interactions. The work spans NLP- and LLM-based model development, deployment, optimization, and continuous performance improvement in production environments.

What You'll Do
Develop, train, and deploy ML and AI models with a strong focus on NLP and language understanding
Write production-grade Python code and deploy AI systems to production
Build, iterate, and optimize models using PyTorch and related frameworks
Productionize models in AWS, including GPU-accelerated workloads
Implement intelligent guardrails to protect users, products, and customers
Collaborate closely with data scientists, ML engineers, product teams, and stakeholders
Explore and apply advanced techniques such as reinforcement learning and LLM fine-tuning
Define and track meaningful performance metrics for AI-powered features
Maintain documentation and actively share knowledge
Respond to ML system alerts during working hours
Job Requirements
3+ years of experience in data science and machine learning, including deploying models to production
Strong proficiency in production-grade Python
Hands-on experience with ML/DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
Solid background in NLP, including embeddings, LLMs, entity and intent recognition
Experience with agentic AI and RAG
Experience with web frameworks such as FastAPI or Django
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, ECR) and GPU acceleration
Understanding of microservices-based system design
English level: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher
