Senior Compliance Analyst
– Onsite, Kohler, WI. Reporting directly to the Senior Compliance Manager. The Senior Compliance Analyst is a key member of the Employment and Compliance team, supporting the organization’s global compliance program by ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies. Focus on promoting a culture of integrity, investigations, policy development, training, data analysis, and trend communication. Key Responsibilities
Investigations – Conduct and support investigations into potential violations of laws, regulations, Kohler’s Code of Ethical Conduct, and internal policies. Follow documentation best practices and corrective action follow up. Training and Education – Develop and deliver training to all levels of employees on compliance requirements, speak‑up culture, and best practices. Maintain the internal global compliance intranet site and create awareness materials for managers. Compliance Program & Policy Support – Review conflict‑of‑interest disclosures, maintain knowledge of company’s businesses and values, champion values and speak‑up culture, provide support on other compliance matters. Data Analytics – Collect, analyze, and interpret compliance‑related data. Identify patterns, trends, and emerging risks to inform program improvements. Communication & Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Serve as point of contact for compliance inquiries and collaborate with HR, Legal, and other departments. Build trust and develop effective relationships with key stakeholders. Skills / Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. 3‑5 years of compliance‑related work experience building and delivering employee training and awareness materials, conducting confidential investigations, understanding conflicts of interest, and analyzing data to identify emerging trends and risks. Experience partnering with global business partners and employees (preferred). Chinese and/or other foreign language fluency (preferred). Experience in global manufacturing industry (preferred). Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Unquestionable integrity. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience managing large‑scale projects and prioritizing multiple initiatives in a timely manner. Ability to travel domestically and internationally (
