OBJECTIVE Responsible for sales growth of assigned accounts and new business development in a pre-determined geographic area, through forecasting, prospecting, presentations and closing of sales orders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Formulate sales plans according to overall company growth strategies

Manage and meet sales goals

Confer with customers and other engineers to assess needs and to determine sealing solutions

Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to prospective customers

Communicate new service and product opportunities, feedback, special developments and information collected during field activities to Director of US Sales

Follow‑up on referrals and new leads resulting in field activities

Develop and maintain technical sealing knowledge regarding the application specifics around, speed, temperature, application, media, and pressure, etc.

Develop, present, and respond to proposals for specific customer requirements

Participate in marketing events and shows

Ability to drive an opportunity through the sales pipeline from prospecting to close

Work with marketing to prepare targeted campaigns and outreach

Lead the pursuit of large, multi-year, multi-stakeholder agreements, managing long sales cycles with complex commercial and technical requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree Mechanical Engineering/Business Administration

Minimum 1-2 years track record of successful sales

Knowledge of seals and sealing solutions a benefit

Excellent presentation and customer relationship skills

Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively

Strong strategic planning and project management abilities

Excellent Computer skills including, Microsoft Office, and CRM preferably HubSpot

Ability to effectively and efficiently communicate complex projects across multiple departments

Familiar with Insight and Value Selling

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Sit [25%], Stand [75%], Drive [75%], Walk, Bend, Stoop, Reach, Push & Pull, as well as Hand/Finger dexterity
