Job Overview
Lockheed Martin Rotary Mission Systems in Moorestown, New Jersey is seeking a full‑time Early Career Software Engineer. In this role you will define mission critical requirements, develop Windows and user interfaces for military personnel user experience, and integrate new capabilities into the premier self‑defense system for the United States and allied Navies, the Aegis Combat System. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of Java, C++, or Python and Linux/UNIX operating systems. Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance and is located at a facility that requires special access. Qualifications
Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or closely related field. Must have experience with Java, C++, or Python to troubleshoot software issues. Proficient with Microsoft Office. Desired Skills
Experience with Linux/UNIX Operating Systems. Experience with Javaswing, Angular, or React. Familiarity with Agile product development methodology. Experience in User Interface implementation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a collaborative and team based environment. Security Clearance
Requires a government security clearance; must be a US Citizen. Clearance Level: Secret. Benefits and Compensation
