Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time or Part-Time
Location: Richmond, VA (with optional travel to nearby clinics)
Salary: $75,000–$85,000 annually | Part-time considered
Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary pediatric team supporting children with autism. This role offers a collaborative clinic-based environment, consistent caseloads, and flexibility for therapists seeking full-time or part-time work.

Optional travel between nearby clinics (not required)
Key Responsibilities
Provide speech and language therapy to pediatric clients with autism
Conduct evaluations and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with ABA clinical leadership
Monitor progress and adjust treatment goals
Document services and maintain accurate records
Provide caregiver education when appropriate
Requirements
Active Virginia Speech-Language Pathology license
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Experience with pediatric or autism populations preferred
Strong clinical documentation and time management skills
Reliable transportation
Ability to work collaboratively within an ABA clinical model
Must pass background check and credentialing
Spanish speaking is a plus, not required
