We are currently searching for an experienced Senior Construction Manager to join our growing team remotely in Georgia. The ideal candidate possesses 10+ years of related experience and wants to grow, collaborate, and innovate. In this position, the successful candidate will manage multiple subcontractors, project managers, and staff to ensure the successful execution of construction projects. The successful candidate will also be responsible for business development, client relationships, and driving project efficiency. Projects will span across various markets, providing opportunities for broadening knowledge and deepening skill sets related to construction project management. We are searching for someone who can be an independent self-starter. Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (BA) from a four-year college or university is required 10+ years of related experience in construction project management Proficiency in managing project schedules, budgets, and estimates, including using tools such as MS Office, MS Project, SureTrak, and others Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract administration, and vendor management Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously and work effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders Proven experience in business development and building relationships with owners, clients, and subcontractors Proven leadership skills, including experience with supervising and mentoring staff AutoCAD, Timberline, and Prolog experience is preferred Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high-quality work Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally About Pond
