Provide primary and family evidence‑based care, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning. Perform administrative duties such as clinic opening/closing, inventory, patient follow‑up, insurance verification, and payment collection. Handle patient appointments, conduct routing examinations, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care. Encourage patients to become active participants in their own healthcare through health screenings, behavioral health, wellness, and chronic condition management. Required Qualifications

Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing. Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent. DOT certification exam completed within 30 days of employment. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Pass a Fit test and wear the provided respirator mask when protocol requires. Proficiency in speaking and writing additional languages (e.g., Spanish) is preferred. Education

Master’s Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and state employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role. Preferred Qualifications

One year experience as a Nurse Practitioner; experience in Family medicine or primary care practice is preferred. EPIC experience preferred. Pay Range

$37.66 - $81.11 per hour (base hourly rate). This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Benefits
