Pay Range: $32.19 - $48.28 (dependent on level)

ASN/ADN
RN II:
6+ years RN experience with ASN/ADN OR 3+ years RN experience with BSN
RN III:
12+ years RN experience with ASN/ADN OR 6+ years RN experience with BSN OR Master’s/Doctorate in Nursing
Essential Job Functions
Perform daily patient rounds ensuring quality customer service and meeting any unmet requirements.
Develop care plans based on assessment incorporating physical, psychological, social, educational, developmental, and rehabilitative needs.
Assess and prescribe nursing actions to meet goals and discharge planning.
Respond promptly to pain symptoms and early warning signs of patient's condition changes per SOP.
Notify clinicians and initiate emergency measures for deteriorating patients.
Document observations, interventions, and incident reports accurately and promptly.
Maintain communication and provide education to patients and significant others.
Initiate early discharge planning and counseling.
Delegate nursing interventions within the scope of practice to qualified personnel.
Perform other duties as assigned to meet departmental needs.
Certification
Registered Nurse – North Dakota Board of Nursing (NDBON) or Compact State Agreement – prior to start date
Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association – within 90 days of start date
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – American Heart Association – within 6 months of start date
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) – American Academy of Pediatrics – within 6 months of start date
STABLE – S.T.A.B.L.E. – within 12 months of start date
Notes
Temporary RN license accepted prior to start.
Must hold an unencumbered nursing license before starting.
RN Residency Cohort only: ND RN Graduate Work Authorization considered prior to start; valid up to 90 days after issue or upon NCLEX results.
Language Requirements Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is required for effective communication.
