Role Overview As a Geode Health Behavioral Health Therapist, you will diagnose and treat mental health disorders, conduct psychotherapy, and help clients define goals and gain insights through personalized, committed care. You will collaborate with other health professionals to provide care coordination and deliver crisis intervention as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat mental health disorders via psychotherapy across a general spectrum of conditions.

Conduct age‑appropriate assessments for children and adolescents and create developmentally tailored treatment plans.

Perform comprehensive client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Provide crisis intervention when required.

Collaborate with the provider and integrated care team to coordinate psychiatric and therapeutic care across the continuum.

Maintain accurate electronic health records in the EMR system for all patient encounters.

Qualifications

Full license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in the state of Texas.

Passion for high‑quality care.

Experience providing therapy to children and adolescents with age‑appropriate assessments and tailored plans.

Experience conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.

Proficiency in EMR system use and maintaining up‑to‑date electronic health records.

Understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.

Desire and ability to treat a broad spectrum of mental health conditions.

Minimum of one year of professional psychotherapy experience preferred.
