Our office, The Endodontic Group- Dallas, is seeking a skilled and licensed Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with Nitrous certification to join our busy specialty practice.

Responsibilities
Greeting and preparing patients for treatment
Assisting the dentist with procedures using four-handed dentistry
Sterilizing instruments and maintaining a clean, organized operatory
Taking and developing dental radiographs in compliance with state regulations
Providing post-operative care instructions and oral hygiene education
Scheduling appointments and follow-up visits
Managing patient records accurately and securely
Assisting with insurance and payment processing
Supporting front desk and administrative functions as needed
Background You’re a licensed RDA with a passion for patient care and a strong understanding of both the clinical and interpersonal aspects of dental assisting. You are calm under pressure, organized, and always eager to help both patients and your team.
Required Skills & Certification
Nitrous certification preferred
Active Registered Dental Assistant license in the state of Texas required
Current radiology certification required
CPR and BLS certification required
At least X years of dental assisting experience; specialty experience preferred
Graduate of an accredited Dental Assisting program (if required by state law)
Proficiency in sterilization protocols and infection control procedures
Strong communication skills and a patient-focused attitude
Knowledge of dental software and basic administrative tasks
Ability to work collaboratively with doctors and staff in a fast-paced environment

Position Base Pay Range: $22 - $28 USD
