Job Overview Scarborough Associates Inc is hiring experienced Electrical Foremen to lead commercial and industrial electrical projects from start to finish. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll manage the daily operations of the field crew, ensure safety and code compliance, and deliver high‑quality installations on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily tasks for the electrical crew to ensure safe, code‑compliant installations.

Interpret and execute plans, blueprints, and specifications with precision.

Maintain and adjust project schedules; ensure jobs stay on time and within budget.

Inspect all work for quality and adherence to project requirements.

Manage inventory, materials, and jobsite documentation.

Serve as the liaison between electricians, project managers, and other trades.

Train and mentor apprentices and electricians in job skills and safety practices.

Enforce all safety regulations and site protocols; conduct safety briefings as needed.

Troubleshoot system issues and support problem resolution on‑site.

Perform electrical work as needed, including installation, repair, and maintenance.

Qualifications Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical construction (commercial/industrial).

High school diploma or GED required.

Journeyman’s license preferred but not required.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Proficient in reading blueprints and interpreting NEC and local codes.

Experienced in lighting systems, power distribution (up to 5kV), fire alarms, grounding, and more.

Familiar with NFPA 70E and OSHA 10 (preferred).

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Capable of managing teams and interacting with project management and site personnel.
