34 Patient contact hours weekly.

Pay Range:

$46.55 - $69.85

Location:

Virtual (Work from home)

Responsibilities

Obtain medical history, conduct virtual exam, document findings, and prepare plan of care including prescribing medication and ordering appropriate tests/procedures.

Participate and contribute to group/practice meetings, development of policies and procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.

Practice Details

Virtual, work from home.

Work schedule – Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited NP or PA program.

For nurse practitioners: master’s degree or doctorate in nursing practice; certification from a nationally recognized certifying body.

For physician assistants: certification from the National Commission on Certification of PAs.

Preferably >2 years of APP sleep experience.

North Carolina license, North Carolina DEA.
