We are currently looking for an ARNP with a passion for human services. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved with an organization focused on a transformative path towards social change, creating pathways for rehabilitation, reintegration, and redemption.
What You’ll Do As an ARNP on our Behavioral Health team, you’ll provide compassionate, evidence-based medical and psychiatric care for clients on their recovery journey.
Key responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnostic interviews, and medication management
Lead treatment planning and provide clinical guidance to staff
Prescribe and monitor medications, including Suboxone (Buprenorphine)
Track progress, adjust treatment plans, and ensure continuity of care
Document using standard DSM-5/ICD-10 coding and maintain accurate medical charts
You’ll have clinical autonomy while collaborating with a skilled, mission-driven team dedicated to helping individuals achieve stability and wellness.
What You’ll bring
Active WA state ARNP license in good standing.
CPR Certification
Experience providing medical services.
2 years’ experience working with persons of color, sexual minorities and vulnerable population.
Preferably You’ll bring
Experience treating adult and older adult populations strongly preferred.
3 years’ experience as a Medical or Psychiatric provider for crisis and detox programs

Compensation: New hires start between $104,459 and $139,273 based on experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity, and market factors. While the full pay range is listed for this position for pay transparency, individual compensation is determined by various factors and may vary within the posted range.
