Job Overview Part-time faculty must be able to teach pediatrics in college lab, simulation, and clinical courses. All classes may be offered day or evening. This position is not eligible for visa or green card sponsorship.
Essential Functions
On a part-time basis, teach assigned undergraduate courses.
Using best practices, continually evaluate student coursework.
Engage in other activities ancillary to or in support of their responsibilities.
Review and respond in a timely manner to all University-related and student communications.
Other related duties as assigned.
Required Education A BSN or higher from an approved registered nursing education program.
Required Trainings/Certifications Current valid licensure as a registered nurse in Ohio.
Required Experience At least two (2) years of experience in the practice of nursing as a registered nurse.
Additional Qualifications Considered
At least one (1) year of teaching experience in a college setting.
A Master's degree or higher in Nursing.
