Description NorBella Champlin , a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Registered Nurse, RN to join our team!

NorBella Champlin

is located in Champlin, MN, just off Hwy 169 and 117th Ave N next to a nice residential neighborhood and Elm Creek Park Reserve. This convenient location provides a peaceful lifestyle while remaining close to local shops, restaurants, and more. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 40-unit apartment-style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services.

Shifts Available:

Full-Time 0.8, Monday - Friday Day Shift

RN Wage:

$34.00-$39.00 - Wage is based on experience

In this position, you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care and services provided to residents and tenants under the direction of the Director of Health Services while maintaining quality care that is consistent with company and regulatory standards in accordance with individual care plans.

Duties

Schedule and perform rounds to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care.

Assume responsibility and accountability for the proper completion and documentation of care, medications, and treatments.

Support the Director of Health Services on the written staffing plan and nursing schedule that reflects the needs of the resident/tenant population.

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and a valid state licensure as a RN

Restorative or geriatric nursing experience is preferred.

Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.

Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.
