Position Summary The Warranty Claims Administrator is responsible for accurately processing and managing Ford warranty claims while ensuring full compliance with manufacturer guidelines. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who is detail‑oriented, organized, and confident working independently in a fast‑paced dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, submit, and track Ford warranty claims using CDK
Review repair orders for accuracy, warranty eligibility, and proper documentation
Work closely with service advisors and technicians to correct or complete claims
Follow up on rejected or adjusted claims to maximize reimbursement
Maintain organized warranty records in accordance with Ford and dealership standards
Stay current on Ford warranty policies, bulletins, and procedures
Assist with audits, reconciliations, and warranty reporting as needed
Required Qualifications
Previous automotive warranty administration experience REQUIRED
Strong working knowledge of Ford warranty processes REQUIRED
Hands‑on experience with CDK Drive REQUIRED
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to handle a high volume of claims accurately and efficiently
Strong communication and teamwork skills
High school diploma or equivalent required
