Position Overview We are seeking experienced Journeyman Electricians to join our Cincinnati team. This role is ideal for electricians with at least 4 years of industry experience who want consistent work on large-scale residential and multifamily projects. A license is not required, but the ability to work independently, read drawings, and guide apprentices is highly valued.

Responsibilities

Install electrical systems—including conduit, wiring, panels, and fixtures—for multifamily and residential buildings

Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and job specifications

Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and components as needed

Oversee and assist apprentices with training and safe work practices

Coordinate with foremen, project managers, and other trades on site

Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas

Minimum Education:

None

Minimum Years of Experience:

4-6

Qualifications

Minimum 4+ years of electrical experience (residential or commercial)

Multifamily construction experience strongly preferred

Ability to work independently and lead helpers/apprentices when needed

Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders, lifts, or elevated areas

Strong understanding of electrical tools, materials, and safety practices

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Electrical license not required—experience is essential
